Jackadder Lake Reserve features sealed and fairly flat walk paths around Jackadder Lake, adult exercise equipment, plenty of grass fields, playground, picnic and BBQ facilities, public toilets, even a huge undercover area with tables, chairs, and electricity supply point for a family gathering or birthday party.
Being very much smaller than other nearby lakes such as Herdsman Lake and Lake Monger, Jackadder Lake is so small that you can see what is on the opposite side of Jackadder Lake while you walk.
It is only approximately 1.5 km to walk around Jackadder Lake. If you feel energetic, you may want to walk more than 1 lap around Jackadder Lake. There is a wildlife refuge island within the lake and you will see plenty of wildlife.
