If you just want to enjoy a relaxed walk or jog or cycle in the Park, then you can just walk on the sealed and well-signed walking paths. If you are more adventurous, you can walk or jog (unfortunately cycling on the less well-defined trails can be a bit difficult) on the less-well-defined walk trails by the river banks. You choose the distance you want to walk or jog.
