The popular reserve has lawned picnic areas under majestic trees and BBQ facilities, a boat ramp, a swimming jetty, a nice beach area, accessible parking, toilet facilities, kids’ favourite play spaces, and the crowd-drawing waterfront Dôme Café.
Burswood Park Public Open Space is the open area between Optus Stadium and Crown Towers that was previously Burswood Park Golf Course. The Open Space has 2 distinct areas divided by Camfield Drive.
Point Resolution Reserve is a large reserve with an area of 8.45 hectares in the suburb of Dalkeith and is a 20-minute drive southwest of Perth CBD. You can walk or jog on the sealed walk/job paths around the grassed parkland in the upper part of the Reserve. If you want to get close to the water, you can take the stairs to get down to the lower part of the Reserve to explore the dirt paths and the beach area.

Claremont Foreshore is a 20-minute drive southwest of Perth CDB. The foreshore area is sheltered within the Freshwater Bay on the Swan River and the water here is calm. Claremont Fishing Jetty linking Claremont Foreshore Reserve is an excellent fishing spot.
