If you like walking by the river bank just next to the water, walking from JH Abrahams Reserve to Paul Hasluck Reserve allows you to do just that, walking just next to the Swan River. And while walking, you enjoy great unblocked views of the Perth city skyline, and South Perth and Applecross Foreshores over the Swan River.
Bayswater foreshore area that includes the adjacent Bayswater Riverside Gardens, A P Hinds Reserve, and the Baigup Wetlands is a great destination for walking, jogging, and running by the Swan River. Bayswater foreshore area is just 8 km northeast of the Perth CBD.
Walking or jogging by the river bank between Point Walter Reserve and Attadale Reserve is an enjoyable experience. The walk from Tranby Reserve to Maylands Foreshore Reserve is roughly 2 kilometres one-way and is a very easy walk by the Swan River.
The flat walk paths between Burswood Park and Optus Stadium by the Swan River is very popular with walkers, joggers, and cyclists.
