The Kent Street Weir Park and The Canning River in The Downstream Direction

Walk by Canning River: Canning River Regional Park

Canning River Regional Park is very flat, therefore very easy to walk or jog or cycle, as well as for the wheelchairs. If you just want to enjoy a relaxed walk or jog or cycle in the Park, then you can just walk on the sealed and well-signed walking paths. If you are more adventurous, you can walk or jog (unfortunately cycling on the less well-defined trails can be a bit difficult) on the less-well-defined walk trails by the river banks. You choose the distance you want to walk or jog.

Central and Western China Travel: Zhangjiajie Scenic Area 张家界风景名胜区

The Hallelujah Mountains (meaning “Floating Mountains”) – the floating islands – in the blockbuster movie Avatar gave moviegoers a superb cinema experience and long-lasting impressions. The floating islands scenes were inspired by the quartzite sandstone pillar formations of Zhangjiajie Scenic Area 张家界风景名胜区. You have to be here to be amazed how the work of nature and how the power of water erosion of the land could create such spectacular landforms consisting of stone pillars, deep valleys, peak forests, natural bridges, and more.
